This Burns Night at which Moira was performing raised funds for the Moira Anderson Foundation charity and highlighted the ladies, but not perhaps in the way that Burns might have expected - including a female chef and piper Sarah Muir. The "address to the haggis" was by Sandra Brown OBE, founder of the Moira Anderson Foundation. The "immortal memory" was by Susan Wilson, Principal Officer at the US Consulate in Edinburgh, and the reply was from Lady Susan Haughey, Lord Lieutenant of Lanarkshire. And Moira sang a selection of songs related appropriate for a Robert Burns event.
